Dear Sandy,

We just got back from our honeymoon and wanted to send you a note right away to thank you so much for doing such an amazing job at our wedding. Not only did we have the night our our lives, we think all of our guests had a blast and it was largely because of you and your amazing band. I have never been to a wedding where so many guests were up dancing even before the bread hit the table. You definitely owned the night and everyone was singing your praises.

Thanks for learning our beautiful first dance song and doing such an amazing job with it. When the sax started playing I (Laura) almost started to cry, it was just such a wonderful moment.

There was a few serious musicians at the wedding, all of whom said you were the best wedding band they had ever seen. We agree!! And you surely made every guest happy with the music selection, our older aunts and uncles especially had a blast...thanks!! You know the band's great when there is still 100 people on the dance floor when the bar is closed. We LOVED it.

We will definitely recommend you and think of you whenever a band is needed in the future and will be ready and willing to speak to any future clients who may be considering you. Thanks so much for making the night so fun and memorable. Please pass on our admiration and thanks to the rest of the band.

"Sandy Vine And The Midnights are an excellent band to book for a wedding. They were professional when we were planning the wedding and contacted us frequently before the date to make sure that all details were worked out. The night of the wedding, the dance floor was packed and the music was outstanding. Many of our guests commented on the quality of the music and the energy Sandy's group brought to the reception and there have also been quite a few inquiries about how they can hire The Midnights for upcoming parties. Initially we were looking to hire a DJ because live bands typically are restricted to one sound and tend to play less music due to frequent breaks. Sandy's group played a whole range of popular music, took requests and only took one break during the night. We were very happy with our choice of Sandy Vine and The Midnights over a DJ and they were an important element to a special night.

"When our photographer Stephen Dominick recommended you for our wedding, Mark and I were hesitant. We had been to plenty of weddings were the "band" or disc jockey left a lot to be desired and the dance floor empty. Mark and I were adamant that we did not want a wedding reception where the majority of the guests remained seated for the evening.

Prior to contacting you we had asked several of our other vendors (Chateau des Charmes, Queens Landing, and the Floral Gallery) if they had heard of you and their honest opinion of the group. Not one had a negative comment. They all agreed you were the best in the area and that we would not be disappointed if we hired you. The Hospitality Director at the Chateau went as far as stating that her staff would be "thrilled" if we booked you, because you were their favorite and they enjoyed working when your band was playing (definitely a plus for us).

We were beginning to feel confident that you were the band for us, but we still had our reservations. In planning a wedding we knew there were two areas you could not cut corners on, food and music, everything else (location, flowers, and cake) is secondary. Additionally, we knew our families enjoyed music and dance and would not be easily satisfied.

After we had a chance to speak with you and listen to the band's demo tape we knew we had to hire you (we actually played the demo tape for several family members and we all agreed you were to play at our wedding). The night before our wedding Mark and I were talking and we both had hoped our reception would be a great party. Little did we know that no one would leave until the band stopped playing.

An early indicator of what to expect the evening of our reception came when our guests were dancing during dinner service. You and the band exceeded any expectations we had prior to that evening; you were absolutely fantastic. A testimony to this is Mark's Uncle Tony. Uncle Tony always leaves a wedding after dinner (he is usually the first to leave), and has never been seen on the dance floor. However, at our reception all the family took notice when Uncle Tony was the first to take to the dance floor and the last to leave.

I would highly recommend you and the band to anyone in search of music for his or her event or function. Mark and I, our family, and friends thank you again for a wonderful evening. We look forward to the opportunity to hear you play again." (Reyna C.)
